Je vais faire court. Sûrement un très bel hôtel quand le groupe accor le géré. Il n'y a plus de plage, il faut demander avant 15h00 si vous voulez que la chambre soi faite (j'attends toujours que la mienne soi faite.) plus de papier toilette, heureusement il y a un 7 eleven à côté. Il n'y a presque plus rien dans le petit village d'a côté.Il faut faire 17 km pour la ville la plus proche. Bref un mauvais choix pour moi. Il y a une belle piscine, les chambres sont grande avec télé frigo fer à repasser sèche cheveux.

Location is superb as it’s just walking distance to the sea but to enter the hotel area, it feels like you’re going into a jungle as it wasn’t maintained well by the government .Hotel room is good, lift doesn’t have access card tapping to go certain floors, room seems to be old and gloomy but morning sun is bright as hell!Bathroom was abit old, moody.Breakfast was normal, nothing much to shout out on. The pool is not really well maintained as some parts of the pools were spoiled and dirty.

It’s second time for me and family in this resort as the first one was couple year back and it was not a good one. This stay was terrible, bathroom’s full of mold, towel rack is going to fall off, water from tap was not clear, no door guard as make is feel unsafe. Receptionist moved us to new room as just renovated. The room was nice but there’s smell of paint. We have to open balcony door since we didn’t to move anymore. Again, we paid for terrible experience and uncomfortable.

We arrived hotel on 15.00 and have to wait nearly an hour to get the room. The Key card was not working properly, we have to tried several times to get in the room.The room condition was quite old and run down but still clean. The elevator was slow and took forever to arrive. We wait more than 15 minutes each time and when it arrived it was packed with upper floors guests so we decided to walk down the stairs from 1xth floor.Breakfast buffet was quite a mess most tables were left unclean and every staff member seemed busy with something that we did not understand as there was no one at the front table to check and welcome the guests. We have to find tables on our own and ask staff to clean it. Breakfast variety is quite decent though.Overall this is not a pleasant stay for me. The only good thing I found from this stay is the nice seaview from room.

My wife and I spent our Christmas here. We loved the room, we could see the beach and the bar from there. The beds was very comfortable, and the room was spacious. When the sun set, we went to the bar and ordered good cocktails.

Als Platinum Kunde hatte ich dieses Hotel ganz bewußt gebucht, weil es eine Lounge hat.Vor 5 Jahren war ich bereits in dem Hotel. Diesmal war sehr vieles enttäuschend.1) Die Lounge hatte geschlossen und weder die Homepage enthielt einen Hinweis darauf, noch hat das Hotel mich vorab über diesen Umstand informiert.2) Das Management hat auch aus eigenem Antrieb keine Ersatzleistung angeboten. Ich habe mich daraufhin an der Rezeption beschwert, wollte mit einem Manager sprechen - hielt das Management aber nicht für nötig. Anstatt mir dann ein alternatives Angebot - z.B. ein Guthaben für das Beach-Restaurant zu geben, wie dies durchaus in anderen Hotels mit geschlossener Lounge eine gangbare und angewandte Vorgehensweise ist hat die Rezeptionistin mir 4 weitere Getränke-Gutscheine überreicht. Jeder, der schon mal eine Lounge für 2 Tage besucht hat, weiß das dies ein Witz ist und nicht ansatzweise den Gegenwert der Lounge-Annehmlichkeiten darstellt.3) WLAN auf dem Zimmer war sehr schwach - brach immer wieder ab - an einem Tag ist es für eine Stunde komplett ausgefallen - funktioniert dann aber wieder nachdem ich mich an der Rezeption beschwert hatte.4) Die Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen - aktuell wird im Hotel einiges umgebaut - darauf wurde zumindest bei Buchung schon hingewiesen - vielleicht werden die Zimmer ja auch mal erneuert.

We came here for the Thai New Year week and of course, as expected the hotel was busy with incoming and outgoing guests. We checked in without a hassle and was smooth. Lucky that not to many around. The lifts/elevators are the downside of the hotel. 3 elevators - 24 floors - it would always take 20 min or so to get a space in the lift to go either way. There is no service elevators so dont, order room service - it might be cold by the time it reaches you. The rooms were clean and had all what was required - no issues. Great view of the sunrise and sea. A real balcony to sit in but its too hot to do so in the morning. Lots of activities for the kids to do and adults too.. the pool was fine and green spaces. direct access to the beach. Breakfast was mostly leaning towards Thai items and the usual few items non-thai. A bit disappointed. Overall, the hotel desperately needs a make over - a paint job, maintenance and adequate staffing. The staff was friendly and helpful - no issues with the food. Would I go there again - I am not so sure.

To start off, the hotel is severely understaffed, there were little to no bathroom amenities, the quality has dropped significantly since the last time we visited. The elevators are slow and run down. We had to wait upwards of 20 minutes for a relatively empty elevator to show up, most of the time we just decided to take the stairs, which had low ceilings and are not lit up at night which made walking up and down a nightmare. We came during the thai moon festival and the service is terrible, don’t get me started on the “free wifi” we tried and tried to connect to the free hotel wifi, the wifi would connect for a few seconds and disconnect, if we manage to connect, nothing would load, we just ended up using our personal hotspots from our phones. To be fair you get what you pay for, we probably wont be coming here anytime soon.

Are you looking for a quick check-in? clean room? modern facilities? good food and service? room service?.. you won't find it here unfortunately.The hotel has very few staff running the operations and apparently its been years not just covid. The staff they have working there are lovely but i saw they were attending to MANY people at the same time so i feel bad leaving a negative review regarding service. But i blame accor for this poor management.

We arrived shortly past 15:00 at the property. Waited about 20 minutes for check-in, signed the forms, and were told the rooms are not yet ready. We left our contact number and proceeded to "Kool" for refreshments. at around 16:30 I called the Hotel and asked what about our rooms, and was told they would check with reception and call us back. We wanted to make a reservation for BBQ dinner, but could not do so, as we did not have a room number yet. Since nobody called us back, we went back to the reception at 17:00 and were finally given our rooms. There were no welcome drinks, as indicated, no bathrooms or slippers in the rooms, no minibar. one room had coffee and tea, the other room had no tea. We ended up being too late to make dinner reservations and walking in was not possible. we were told that they have a table but not enough food. So we ended up eating in a lovely Restaurant 5 Miles down the road.The next morning we proceeded to breakfast at around 9 am. at that point the restaurant was quite full, with no clean table available. The Maître'd suggested that we should sit at any table no longer occupied, full with dirty dishes and not being set up. At that point, I seriously had to question his professionalism and hospitality basics.We spend our second day in town and had a great time. Until we returned around 20:30 to the hotel. Somehow it was missed to make up our rooms. neither beds were made, nor wet towels replaced, let alone coffee or water refilled.This was not the service we expected. It appears that for the weekend business the place may be understaffed. It lacks basics, and attention to detail.I can't recommend it at this point. Perhaps once international tourism has fully recovered, things will change. I will not be able to confirm this, as this was our last stay here. Tripadvisor rating score: 4 of 5, based on 1981 reviews
